ExactFarming is a cloud farm management system. It leverages machinery telematics, weather data and satellite images to help farmers plan seasonal work, control its progress, monitor crop status and prevent losses. As a CGO, I was responsible for marketing, sales, customer success, and partnerships.
Achievements:
- hired, lead, and managed an 8-person team,
- launched 3 new products,
- grew user base 20х in 2 years,
- made the company operationally profitable.
Responsibilities:
- defined vision, scope, requirements and user stories for 3 new products,
- defined the value proposition, customer segmentation, developed and implemented a go-to-market strategy,
- set up the essential product analytics processes and metrics,
- contributed to feature backlog and worked with the team as as product manager on certain features,
- launched monetization (designed the pricing strategy, built the sales team, worked with the development team to enable payments in the product),
- executed channel development and partner strategies,
- established customer success function in the company,
- managed ongoing marketing activities (digital, events, content, social, supporting product launches, ROMI measurements),
- managed international business development and localizations.
