Chief Growth Officer at ExactFarming (2016-2019)
ExactFarming is a cloud farm management system. It leverages machinery telematics, weather data and satellite images to help farmers plan seasonal work, control its progress, monitor crop status and prevent losses. As a CGO, I was responsible for marketing, sales, customer success, and partnerships.

Achievements:
  • hired, lead, and managed an 8-person team,
  • launched 3 new products,
  • grew user base 20х in 2 years,
  • made the company operationally profitable.
Responsibilities:
  • defined vision, scope, requirements and user stories for 3 new products,
  • defined the value proposition, customer segmentation, developed and implemented a go-to-market strategy,
  • set up the essential product analytics processes and metrics,
  • contributed to feature backlog and worked with the team as as product manager on certain features,

Cofounder and Deputy Director at Totalny Diktant (2010-2016)
Totalny Diktant (Тотальный диктант) is a franchise of volunteer-driven edutainment events in a form of text dictation for the public. As a deputy director I was responsible for IT services (attendant's personal cabinet, results database, live streams, online dictations, MOOCs), user acquisition (ads, PR & SMM) and monetization (partner integrations).

Achievements:
  • launched one of the most famous EdTech projects in Russia from scratch (6000 publications in the media about the Total Dictation in 2016),
  • increased the number of event attendants from 600 in 2009 to 145000 in 2016,
  • increased the number of users of the portal totaldict.ru from 0 in April 2010 to 110,000 DAU, 727,000 MAU in April 2016.
Responsibilities:
  • creating, launching and managing a portal for Russian language lovers (totaldict.ru),
  • creating a development plan, maintaining a backlog, writing product requirements,
  • working with designers and engineers to implement features,
  • producing online courses (MOOCS) and online dictations of the Russian language,
  • negotiations with partners, sale of special projects and advertising integrations,
  • marketing strategy planning and contractor management (video production, advertising, PR, SMM).

Localization Project Manager at various companies (2004-2010)
  1. SWsoft (2004-2007). Managed localization of SWsoft software products (interface, documentation, website, marketing materials): prepared instructions, recommendations and source texts for translators, allocated tasks, monitored the quality and deadlines.
  2. ABBYY Language Services (2007-2008). Created the localization department in a translation company (which is now one of the company's main profit centers).
  3. AUM (translation & localization company, 2009-2010). Managed complex localization and translation projects.
